ببالغ الحزن والأسى تلقينا نبأ وفاة شقيق الأستاذ عبد الرؤوف هلالي، مدير المعهد العالي لعلوم الصحة. وبهذا المصاب الجلل الذي لا راد لقضاء الله فيه، تتقدم مكونات المعهد من أساتذة وإداريين وطلبة باحر التعازي وأصدق المواساة، ولذويه وأقاربه بالصبر والسلوان، داعين العلي القدير أن يسكن الفقيد فسيح جناته ويشمله برحمته الواسعة.

وإنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلي العظيم
